Setting Up an Account

When you place an order on our site or log-in as a user, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information by filling out and submitting an online customer profile form. This information includes your name, mailing address, telephone number, shipping address(es), email address, a password. We do not save your payment information. We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status by email. When you return to the site and place another order, if you use your password, we use this information to provide you with access to your customer profile, any wish list that you may have created reminders, special member offers and order information. We save your address for future shipping.

    We collect additional personal data from you to enable particular features within our Services. We may provide you the option to connect your Site account to your account on some social networking sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, or Snapchat, for the purpose of logging in, uploading information or enabling certain features on the Site or App. This personal data includes:
  • log-in credentials, username, age and gender;
  • profile picture, cover photo, friend networks, locale, and any other information you have made public.

Automatic Information

Sharing gathered information

Because you are buying products online we are required to transmit your personally identifiable information with companies to perform activities necessary to process and fulfill your orders, customer service requests, returns and the like. However, these intermediaries are not authorized to use your information for other purposes.

It allows us to recognize your computer (but not specifically who is using it) upon entering our site by associating the identification numbers in the cookie with other customer information you have provided us. That customer information is stored on our secured server and database.

We use cookies to identify the pages you click on during your visit to our site and the name of the Web site you visited immediately before clicking to CentralDresses. We use this information to improve our site design, product assortments, customer service, and special promotions.
We may contract with third parties who use cookies to collect information on our behalf or who provide services such as credit card processing, shipping, promotional services or data management. These third parties are prohibited by our contract from sharing that information with anyone other than CentralDresses or our vendors.

Your E-mail Address

We will send an email message to confirm each order you make, and other email messages containing information specifically relating to your order such as shipping information. 
 
Occasionally we will e-mail announcements, which are not promotional in nature. For example, we might send you an email message to let you know about a change in our shipping policies. 
 
When you first place an order and set up your customer profile, we offer a selection of special interest categories for you to indicate your interests and preferences. We will automatically send you information on upcoming new products and special offers we think you’ll be interested in based on the interests and preferences you indicate and on your purchase history. You can return to your customer profile at any time to modify your selections at Update Profile.

We utilize industry standard efforts, to protect the transmission of information. We store information relating to our customers on servers that are kept in a secure environment.
